Why isn't pricing fixed?
Construction scopes vary enormously. A ten-item renovation quotation and a full multi-trade BOQ are not the same job. I quote per project after seeing what you actually need, so you never pay for a tier you don't use.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or the payment method agreed at confirmation. For first-time clients I typically ask for payment on delivery of the first job; for ongoing clients I invoice monthly.
Do you charge for revisions?
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. If the scope changes — new areas, new trades, a different format — I quote the additional work before proceeding.
What currency do you quote in?
I quote in USD by default for international clients and SGD for Singapore clients. Other currencies can be arranged.
